What if I lose my check book?

In the event that you lose your checkbook, you should take steps to protect yourself.

  1. Contact us immediately.

  2. Let us know the numbers of the checks that you lost, so we can place stop payments on all missing checks.

  3. Order new checks, if needed.

If you find your checkbook, let your institution know so they can take the hold off of these checks.

 

What if I lose my debit card or MasterCard?

  1. Call 1-800-554-8969 for lost Debit Card

  2. Call 1-800-808-7230 for Master Credit Card

  3. If you can not call these numbers call LCCU during business hours

  4. Order a new card, if needed.


What if I need to send money overseas?

  1. Contact us before 11AM.

  2. Make sure you know the routing number where you are sending the money.

  3. Give us the name and location of the financial institution.

  4. Let us know the wire amount.

  5. Let us know the recipient's name and account number.

 

What if I notice an error in my account?

  1. Notify us immediately.

  2. Provide us with the dollar discrepancy in the account, and the reason you believe there is a discrepancy.

  3. We will work with you to find the error.
