Information about Former Members
After your membership with Ladish Community Credit Union terminates for any reason, we will not share any information we have collected about you except as permitted or required by law.
Online Privacy
We require personal identification (member numbers, password) before allowing you to enter the secure online banking area of this website. This information enables the credit union to regulate access of this information to those who request such access and those entitled to perform transactions on the account.
We collect, retain and utilize information about you to operate our business and to make products, services and other opportunities available to you. We obtain information in a variety of ways (for example, directly from you in applications, from your transactions or experiences with us or our affiliates, and from credit bureaus and other third parties). Also, when you visit our web site, we collect information to measure the use of our site and to improve the content of our site by using “cookies”, a computer term.
Cookies are small files that a web site installs onto your hard drive. They are a requirement of any online application and you must have "cookies enabled" in your Web browser to utilize these products. We use temporary, rather than permanent cookies to collect personal information. Cookies help protect the privacy of your transactions by enabling the Web server to recognize you and your PC as a valid customer during an active open banking session. They automatically terminate an online session during prolonged inactivity or if you forget to log out .
Email transmitted to Ladish Community Credit Union may be used by the credit union staff to respond to inquiries for services or information, or to improve services. Since email messages may not be secure against interception by unauthorized individuals, users may want to seek alternative to email when it is necessary to provide sensitive or personal information. You can send a secure message to the credit union once you log into online banking.
How to Stop or “Opt Out” of Certain Disclosures
If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic information about you to non-affiliated third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to non-affiliated third parties, you may:
Call: (414) 481-6220
E-mail: lccu@ladishccu.com
You may opt out of these disclosures at any time. Once we have received your request, we have a reasonable amount of time to stop the disclosures.
You may always contact us for assistance if you wish to later revoke your opt out election.
Note: This opt out, by law, will not apply to disclosures that are legally permitted, to disclosures we make to companies that perform services on our behalf, or to other financial institutions that we endorse and have joint marketing agreements with.
