The ARU allows you access to your account when you want. It allows you to get your account balances, transfer money between savings and checking or between different accounts, find out what checks have cleared, make loan payments, place stop payments on checks, and much more.

Your account number can be found on your statement and is either four or five numbers long. Your password until you change it is the last four numbers of your Social Security Number.

Inquiries Menu will allow you to find out your balances, what checks have cleared, your most recent deposits or withdrawals and much more.

Transactions Menu will allow you to transfer money from Saving to Checking, Checking to Savings, make Loan Payments, along with other useful features.

General Instructions and Tips

1. Call (414) 482-0041, you will be greeted and given 3 options. Most members will pick 1 for experienced users.
2. The system will then ask you for your account number, which you will have to verify as correct. After which you will enter your password. The system will then inform you that it is setting up the system for your account.
3. You will be given the following options: Transaction press 1, Inquires press 2, Change your password press 3, General Information press 4, or to access a different member number press 5.
4. Account Identification Numbers include the following breakdowns (Share Savings 000, 010, 020, Checking 009, 019, 029, Loans 021, 022, 023, 024, Goal Setters 004, 014, 024, Christmas Clubs 008, 018, 028.) Please refer to your statement for your exact account type. The primary account identification will be the first number.
5. Use the following format when entering money to be transferred between accounts: ($200.00 would be entered 20000#).
6. The system will verify that the transaction is complete. You can always use the inquiry menu to verify that the funds were transferred.
